FIXED: New guild problem? Guild list not updating?

Recently there have been some issues with the guilds and the ability to administrate them properly.
Hopefully they will be resolved soon, but I don't personally have any control over the matter right now.


1) The guild list isn't being updated.

The biggest problem with this is that if you create a new guild, you will not be able to see it. And if you expect people to apply to your guild without linking them, they won't be able to.

A temporary solution is to link people directly to your guild.

You'll have to use this format:

graalonline.com/guilds/viewguild.php?gid=[GID]&full=0&view=info

Please make sure to replace [GID] with your guild ID.
See my comment at the end of this post on how to get that.

You should also add http:// in front of that URL when you copy and paste it so that it's actually a displayed to the user(s) as a link.


2) New guilds might not be getting activated, even though they are approved.

When a new guild is approved by an administrator, it's given the PreOK/suspended status. Normally if/when your guild meets all requirements, it's automatically changed to an active status so that you can use the tag. This is also not working, most likely for the same reason that the guild list is not being updated.

So if your guild meets the requirements and is PreOKed but suspended, then you'll need to provide the guild ID to me so that way I can activate it manually. Please forum PM it to me, or use the support center.

You can get the guild ID by going into the Guild CP and clicking on your guild, then copying the numbers from the end of the URL. For example, if the URL is http://graalonline.com/guilds/guildcp.php?gid=4901, then the guild ID is 4901
