That doesn't change my statement at all. I honestly don't understand why we even have an ET team. I think we could give the rights to the PRs and we would have more events hosted all the time than with the random 400+ hour players that host them.

The ET team has been on a downfall since I've been back, this isn't just because of blackfires PC being dead.

We should get our ET bot back up again, that looks like fun. Not sure why it's been disabled, but I'm sure it could be fixed.

That's not how it's scripted to work, but with some minor adjustments it could easily be done.

Oh weird, i was randomly an ET the same time I was hired as PR.
I had to ask to be removed from ET.
@ ET bot, I forgot who said it, but I was told it was disabled because at late night it would just run and the few people who were online at the time would just collect massive amounts of ECs every night winning the events.

I remember the ET bot! I totally agree; why would that have ever been disabled? We gotta get that running again and start adding some new events to it. I had totally forgotten that was even a thing.


Hey, PRs, start hosting more events in the meantime. Hopefully BlackFires will get his computer stuff sorted out soon; I'll start thinking about a stronger interim solution just in case.

Right now half the positions are just being filled because of the sake of it. The people within the positions aren't doing anything and it just reminds me of a totally different management that fell down the drain very quickly.

Jump down throats, sort people out. If you've tricked yourself into thinking that there isn't any competent players that can easily replace 90% of the members you have now, you're mistaken.

I think Ultimose is still going through a learning curve though, being PRA isn't easy and finding reliable PRs isn't either. Ishmael is probably the best choice we have for GA right now.

Other than that, I suggest sorting people out or booting em out. We need things to happen and we need them to happen fast, especially with the current state of Graal.

This. I literally will take a position that only has access to skins, i still have atleast 60 skins that have yet to be added and make them all the time when i have nothing better to do. Ish has told me himself his biggest issue is that he has no knowledge of graphics himself, so pushing that on him on top of his other responsibilities in the first place is kind of an overload. I work 50-60 hours a week but i would find the time to separate the good uploads from the bad and create icons and such each day. If you could find a way to separate rights and such so that i only have access to that facet, i would be all for it. I wouldn't even require an rc honestly.
