Weird Stuff In Weird Places

So lately I've been seeing stuff like trees and houses popping up in places where they shouldn't be, and I have no clue why. Just wondering if this might be occasionally happening to other people as well.

Normally I would dismiss it as just some strange graphical error, but when these objects pop up, they still act as if they're solid. And sometimes other people seem to be seeing them too, like in deadly maps and so forth.

It's very odd, so I thought I would bring it up.

Reconnect, it happens on all servers from my experience, just images getting replaced by other random images. I've notice this happening for years.

Yeah, I've noticed it on other servers as well, but never in the way it tends to show up on here. It's like the setshape properties of the object completely changes as well.
