New support portal

I'm a huge fan of the new support portal! It's great. There's just one issue; Response. I submitted a ticket to get one of my accounts restored several days ago, and the ticket hasn't even been seen or replied to yet. I think it would be a fairly good idea to hire some helping hands, people who will actually check the tickets and respond.

I've been around the community since 2001, I know the way Graal works and what-not. I'm very friendly and have been Manager of UN since late 2012-early 2013. I wouldn't mind assisting players with issues, if you wouldn't mind adding more people to help.

In either case, it would be nice to have ATLEAST a 24-hour response timelimit or something of the sort. 24 hours I can handle, but 72? C'mon.

Nothing would change if people help responding to tickets. You need staff who has rights to also handle the issues.
We will get a new PWA soon, lets see if anything will change.

I think what he means is he would be happier if people responded to at least show acknowledgment that they received the ticket and it would be resolved then to not hear anything back. Personally I don't see 72 hour's being a big deal. 24 hours would be impressive. But you have to understand there are not many people who can respond to those tickets and with Sinkler being available less while he adjusts to life in London and quite a busy person we will have to wait for him to pick the next PWA. Hopefully he can pick someone who has much availability tho most people who applied did so about 2 months ago and I am sure that some people's schedules have changed since then. I am sure tho, that when he makes his decision he will do it carefully and choose well.

Do you realize how many people send in support e-mails, over stupid things? And not just one but they expect a 24 hour reply or they will send another e-mail spamming the support staff

I'm aware of that, however I don't see how this is relevant to my comment?
