Graal Freezing

Everytime I log on a server Graal completely freezes up. I can wait about a minute and it stops, but then about 5 seconds later it just does it again, and it just goes on like that. This started happening all of a sudden last night. Can anyone help?

Press F3 and uncheck the "wait for vertical blank" option. If that doesn't work, disable the use of filenamecache. If you already have filenamecache disabled, try enabling it.

Or just wait until it spontaneously fixes itself which Graal related stuff tend to do.

Yeah, none of the helped at all.
I dunno why it suddenly started. It's really beginning to piss me off.

Does it only happen on one server?

Nope, on every single one, and now it's happening in Login.
