An Internal Exceptions Occured?

Hello I can't open Graal Online client with v5 at all, doesn't show a popup too.

when I try with v6 it says:
An Internal Exceptions Occured (Address: 0x82c991)
Please, contact [email protected]. Thank you!

what does it means?

Edit: I can't even reinstall Graal too. what do I have to do!

It means the copy-protection in Graal encountered an error. From what I've read it can be caused by any of the following:

1. Windows installation possibly corrupt.
2. Your computer is infected with malware.
3. Your A/V and/or Firewall is over-sensitive.

You can try:

1. Running Graal in a different compatibility mode.
2. Disable your A/V and/or Firewall and then try running Graal.
3. Scanning your computer for Malware with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (or other scanners).
4. Restoring Windows to an earlier time.
5. Reinstalling Windows.
