Submitting Abbreviated Global Guilds

If you submit a global guild that is an abbreviation for a larger meaning (such as "DSF" meaning Delta Strike Force or similar), please include what the guild actually stands for somewhere in your guild information or it will be suspended/disabled.

This is to prevent people from submitting guilds that are made for the sole purpose of harassment, etc.

However, once its active they can always change the meaning.

Yes, but if it is reported and proven that the guild's intentions are misrepresented then the guild will be deleted without notice.

Filtering abbreviations is stupid because they can stand for anything and in the wrong hands are generally what you make of it.

Problem with this is I'm guessing it will take zero effort to lie initially to get the guild, then change it later.

People pay money to be gold,to get a guild, It shouldn't be a problem to not have a meaning..
But its suggested imo.

The guild doesn't have to have meaning.

It just can't have a bad meaning.
