Particle Effects messed up?

When there are particle effects they are off by just a bit, look at the lamps and where the particle effects are in my attachment.

*edit* just added a second attachment, because I think it also has to do with the topic..

You do realise that is Kingdoms, right? Not a backalley UC server... I doubt it was a 'test': considering they have Kingdoms Debug for that

Its not just those levels, its in forest castle but the particle effects being messed up happens EVERYWHERE. But the big black circle, only has happened in Forest Castle, will return with level names if you STILL want them..

Just by the way, these are normal light effects and no particle effect.s
