Remote Control crashing

RC keeps crashing on startup, sometimes giving me an error message, but sometimes it just doesn't seem to start at all.

CRYPTBASE.dll seems to have last been changed on november 20th, and I don't think I've tried to log on to RC since before that. Have been a few windows updates since then.
Computer is running Windows 7.

Weird man. I've been having no problems using RC2 with windows 10 even though I heard a lot about compatibility issues, there doesn't seem to be any issue.

Managed to fix this. A setting I needed to run another game was interfering with RC somehow.
