first I'd like to know a few things:

How much % i need to have with my horse so i can sadle it?

how can i put my horse somweher so it wont run away?

how can i put a name to it?

I think the percent is around 79.
When you reach it, a message will pop up at the bottom right hand part of your screen, you should screenshot it, because it will go away within a few moments. It will tell you everything you need to know (naming it, etc).
