Here it is…
This is part two of three parts to this application for the job ‘Playerworld Administration’. Those of you who saw, and applied for last years PWA opening will notice that this part is very similar to the application set out then. Please do not send anything in yet, you should send all 3 parts together to an e-mail address at a later date (Not my current one). This part, along with the first part, will form the main structure to your application. Please do
not just send in the same application you sent last year, please re-review it and try and fix problems or look for anything you could add.
Part 3 and closing date details:
Part 3 will be released on the
10th October 2003
The closing date to get all 3 parts of the application together and sent in will be
18th October 2003 at 5PM GMT (London Time). It is suggested you send in all parts either on the 16th or 17th. The date will not be extended.
Here are a few things, once again, you should know:
*You must be willing and must to quit any job you have with a playerworld at this moment in time, should you get
offered (you don’t have to take it) the job and take it.
*The supporters are
just a decider. They actually serve no purpose at all, should people be able to write good applications that stand out from the rest.
*We are looking for two, possibly three people to join the team. Please do not be angry or get upset should you not get the job. There will be a lot of people applying, when we are only going to pull two or three out of the applicants.
*You must complete all three parts of the application and send it to the e-mail address provided (this e-mail address is not my normal one, do
not send there)
*The application will be similar to the last application for the PWA. The reason for this was I got accepted through it, and I felt it was a good application that was simple if you read what to do.
*You
must have a VIP or GOLD account which is upgradeable by you when the account expires.
Here are the advanced requirements:
+You must have worked on a playerworld as an admin at one point. You can also apply if you were something such as: GP Admin, NPC Admin, FAQ Admin etc…
+You must be willing to leave all playerworld jobs you have to put your energy into this team.
+You must be able to be online for at least 7-10hours a week on your PWA duties.
+You must be contactable by at least one medium of communication such as E-mail.
+You must be able to write documents on playerworlds (reviews and reports) and help create rules for playerworlds to follow and documents to help playerworlds function.
+Work within a dead line to meet certain needs. At the end of each month the PWA will have a decision in what playerworlds are moved around, you should be able to help form an opinion with support for it, to say which playerworlds do and don’t move from the public eye.
What you should already have:
Well you should by now have the 3 supports, if not then you can still get them. If you have all 3, you can now add them to this part of the application. You must complete all parts, so if you have missed part one if can be found here:

Application Part Two (What to do):
Okay this is so simple. It’s almost exactly the same as the last application. Please create a document [RTF] (advise: back it up) and put the following things in it for now. You will then be asked next week to compile part one and two with part three and send it to me before the closing date. Here is what you need to fill out:

One other thing I missed off. For the following below imagine you have a level one RC. With no folder/npc rights.
+Playerworld 999 has been attacked. The account: Admin-Playerworld999 was used. This account had no IP range/protection on it. This account was used to remove all accounts except the co-manager and the GP Admin. The co-manager had been on holiday and has only just come back to find this has happened. The GP Admin was on RC at the time, but saw nothing suspicious. All levels have been deleted, but no NPCs. The GP Chief still has his level two RC and the co-manager still has her level four RC. The staff= serveroption displays the following:

+You get an e-mail with the following message inside:
“Hello there <nickname>,
I was on Playerworld 1000 the other day and I noticed that they are using my Graphics. The Graphics they are using of mine are: tree-01-a.png and bench-12-park.gif. I would like them removed.”

Okay that is all part two is made up of. Do not send it in yet, as you do not know the address to send to, nor have you completed part three. Please
backup anything you write as you wont want to have to do it again. Part three shall be released later
next week and the e-mail address to send the application to will be supplied as well. You will then have a final week to complete your application and send it in together.
