I do have a question though. When I log on is there anything i'm supposed to do? I noticed you had some items for sale, but it doesn't tell me how to get money, what i'm supposed to do, etc.

Therefore, is there something that i'm supposed to do? Either jobs or quests

the things that you can currently do besides the guild wars haven't been completed yet, we're working on the quests and events that will fuel the economy. we wanted to let players do whatever they wanted the minute they sign on - mandatory quests and storyline we wanted to avoid. of course there are reasons to run through the quests (in finding loot) but it's not as if you really have too. so if you want to just participate in guild wars or sparring, so be it

(double post because of updates)

the main overworld is about to be completed, so be sure to explore all over so you can see everything we'll have to offer. our tileset is changing considerably, so each day it might look differently, so don't judge the GFX too quickly. our events house and auction house will be done within the week, so we should be able to host some events in the weeks to come. the next (read last) month will be dedicated to our quest creation and the finishing moves for our two war systems; then we will have a complete server. as a side note, i recently lost my gold account and can no longer be on to answer questions, but we have an ample amount of staff to make up for that (though i can hardly help out as much now)

almost done guys ^__^

We're not "rusing", but things are getting done at a very fast rate. We have a lot of staff now, so things are moving as we hoped. See us in hosted very very very soon.

We just don't want to see a promising server go down in flames because they didn't work hard enough on levels/scripts/graphics/gameplay. If you're producing quality content this fast then congrats. If you're whipping stuff up and releasing it without putting the necessary work into it, I beg you to slow down the development and get it right. It'll be a pain to do it a second time.

once the server is classic it's not like we are not going to continue improving and updating content for the server; especially since new NPCs and quests are the fuel for the economy (for the most part). once functional we will consider the server acceptable, but by no means excellent. the whole purpose of the preview tab for us is to make the feel of the server acceptable for players, so that we can become a stable server and improve it. with our current situation, if we don't make the server playable and on the classic tab in a little less than 2 months, we won't be able to continue the project (or at least we'll have to take time off to make up enough money to fund more server time)
