I disagree, some mangers on under-construction servers learn to manage; some even find out who to hire and not hire the hard way. Many learn how hard it is for classic server managers, and how hard it is to create a server.
Unless they are a manager/co like my self, pretending I don't have rights on testbed, they learn about the remote control, and semi how to use it.
It is more experience than someone who had not had experienced all of this.. but I'm sure some people buy a server, let it sit, and don't learn much at all as well.. o.o;
