Can't they already retile the map to "All Grass Tiles Lolz!" using third party clientside hacks? Hardly seems to matter.

It seems simple enough in theory to add... The only problem I see is if people find a way to modify the properties of tiles via a 3rd party program (memory editor or something) then they could change blocking tiles to non-blocking and that could cause some big problems.
