You could always do some scripting to change your rating to something higher. Though I've seen people get over 3000 without a script. :o

No, he beat the manager a few times, who had 10000+ rate. Why is everyone so fixated on the fact on how someone earned the rating, my original question was, why isn't rating ongoing, or why does it restart at 4099?

The way rating is handled nowdays, I would put no worth or value to it. Pay more interest in the person's fighting skills.
