Not lieing at all ^-^
I prepped a sword with wis+5 and pow+2....used ALOT of keys. And I had really good magic rings and helm My spellpoints were like 563 and my grace was 379.
Aw, I wished I took a screenshot, it was crazy
I didn't use any body armour before O.o ^-^
And oh yeah my wisdom level is 33, but its easy to get over 300 grace base if your have 30/30 pow and wis.

All you need is two wisdom potions for every one slot. So, if you want three slots, you need 3 scrolls and 6 potions.

Wrong x.o That's what I thought too! =o
First I used about +2 wis on my sword..using 2 potions for each of those 2 scrolls. Then when I tried using the 3rd/4th, it raised to 4 potions! Then I tried using pow, and it was the same, it raised to 6 potions. So yeah I used ALOT of keys, must be over 25...but it's worth it

I heard that's not the case.
At around +3 it starts to ask for 4 potions, and increases. I'm not sure if it's true. If it is, anybody know when and how much the potions increase to?

Edit:*points to post above* Faster than me :o

Well mabey it does it this way:
1slot - 2potions
2slots - 2potions
3slots - 4potions
4slots - 4potions
5slots - 6potions
6slots - 6potions

I don't know, but DX told me for each slot it took 2 wisdom potions. But I guess there is a pattern.

Hmmmmmmm....

so do you mean to say that:

you put two wisdom scrolls on, and a third would take 6 potions so you switch to power scrolls. Would the FIRST power scroll take 6 potions?!

(and blah @ magic rings. i have a pow+2 ring and a ring of the healer, which add 6 grace each. i bet you had like, RoE's though =/)

Yeah that's what I mean. It's crazy, and it does increase 2 potions everytime Stryker
I think first 2 or 3 take two potions each...then 4...then 6...then 8...then 10....then 12...and so on. I had to use 12 potions on one scroll x.o
And yeah I used RoE's..=o

I don't see a problem with different stats on one weapon as it is now. I see the problem with the differente in supplies of stat potions here and on CF, where the requirements for the scrolls originates. If stat potions were more common, or rather the requirement was 2 per scroll, or 1 for the 1st, 2 for 2nd and so on, then I'd agree that there should be some limitations to the stats addable...

Well, people with no life are just going to keep getting 20 keys a day and getting more and more potions and slots for more stats. Another great reason why we should just leave GK the way it is and not fix it. I've said it before, and so have others. There needs to be a bug fix, a reset(new server prehaps) and a new beginning.

Why did stefan have to just rip off some open source game? Why on earth couldn't he just made his own, new game? He could easily have asked some high-reputation people to make up experience curves, item lists, magic systems and stuff for him so that him and his staff could have scripted it all. It probably would have worked, with the terrain thingy and such, but instead we've got some copycat of a rather different game, and it's never worked

Maybe Stefan should have done that - use CF as a source for ideas, then replace every single part of it by one of his own, balancing is in one go by taking into acount what he wants to keep and what to discard. And certainly he could have asked players for help, and he would have gotten it, free of charge. Maybe...

+5?

I was wondering if anyone knew the +5 blessing of Leuc? I heard it was level 36 wisdom...I blessed over an hour, and still didn't work.[With full gear of luck items]I would be grateful if you posted the level needed. Thanks.
p.s The level needed is the same as Bile+5...

Good news everyone! Ah well, not really good, but news anyway. +5 in the Leucetious-Bile-Aengus-Balor class is wisdom level 40. But don't leave! The fun hasn't even started! +6 is level 64...

I said this loads of times before I quit:
Copy the GK server, then reset the clone.
Result: Powerpwners stay on un-reset GK with their Ub3r-1337 It@/\/\s , whereare the RPers go to the reset server to, well, RP without stupidly unbalanced things. And for god's sake, on the clone - GET RID OF IWDs/EAs. Work for your levels rather than strolling through with -5937593987 AC.
Also, make it so that classes are more specific - ie Barbarians can't learn magic/prayers but get a big melee boost, warriors can only learn up to, say, level 5 prayers, mages can only use daggers as a melee weapon (badly), etc. And someone boost thieves. And do a hell of a lot of other stuff that I'm not gonna list here, cos it's a Gods forum, and am unlikely to list anywhere unless I'm asked/begged.
Result? Expertise in only one area leads to the need to party to take down a lord or people in a hard dungeon rather than blasting them away with magic, then wading into melee while fighting solo. Reasonable AC leads to people ACTUALLY DUELLING EACH OTHER IN FUN DUELS! Rather thank "failed", "failed","failed","failed, "failed"...etc... Reasonable damage leads to duels that last longer than when 1 hit has got through. Etc.
The early days were the best. Recreate them. A second chance at getting Kingdoms to work, providing you get some good players to staff it - like zell, Satrek, Zurkiba and others (if I haven't mentioned you and you think you should be in the list, mentally add yourself to it, and be proud of yourself for getting into it).
