tig either doesn't care or can't do anything about it or dev is busy with something else... don't forget gk is run my volunteers. even tig is not paid. would u wanna spend hours scripting for free? xP lol i think not. that's why major changes rarely occur on gk.
He already changed the IWD's spawn rate so it's nothing new, meaning that this can be changed again by him.
Not sure about this but I don't think Tig needs help from Stefan, maybe permission, to change the AC for bmoders.
The change happening here doesn't require a new major script to be written.
Most likely it would only need to add some new values and or neglect a few others to the current script being used.
Though of course I don't have any scripting knowledge so I can't say for sure.
