As you know I sent all info about this to Unixmad and since I always do receipts on all important email like this to Unixmad I know he got it because I got a return reciept from him. I'm sorry but this is all I can do and the limits of what I can do, the rest is up to Unixmad.

But I must also point out that you yourself had caused this problem to start with for sending an invalid email for the confimation email address so part of this delay was caused by your actions and not Graalonline. If you had not done this then you would not be having these problems now. It has been 5 days since I sent the email so I hope Unixmad addresses the problem soon but again I have done all I can do. I try to help anyone I can but I do have limits on what I can do.
