Optional Server Precache

I doubt this suggestion will even be looked at but can we have an option in the PC and mobile clients to download all data for a server before it needs loaded, as opposed to always having to wait until the client downloads things as needed? I know this would be used by very few people, due to the sheer amount of data storage that would be needed especially on mobile, but if it were an option I would appreciate it being there. On mobile servers this could significantly reduce lag assuming there is enough storage on a device, because things like custom uploads that constantly are being added for the client to load as needed puts a heavy load on the client as well as bandwidth.

I don't think this is a good idea, due to the fact there is dozens of files we don't want people downloading. Servers do have the option of pre-packaging files, so people could download those, but it's completely optional for the server to do this.
