I think Management need to think about a revamp of the Staff Team.

How many times do we the players, who once were in positions of power and dedicated that time to making the game, the server and the atmosphere better, have to watch this same set of lazy, ungrateful and unmotivated set of washed-out goods plummet the server into the ground.

Even players who haven't been in positions of power before are more likely to do a better job than half of the Team that are in the positions they are in.

I don't take much notice of the management team anymore but from what I've gathered not much seems to be happening.

All I care for is gangs and right now we have no gang administrator. Eras player count is decreasing again and raiding activity is falling. I want action to take place now before it's back to being a ghost town again. I've never considered it in the past but now i want to put myself forward and be the gang administrator because it's became a point where I have lost hope in anybody ever feeling the way i do about gangs and that I am the only one who seems to care about them so therefor i want the chance to do something about it.

That's not upto me though.

Yeah, I was interested in the position before swift got it but with the lack of development skills I knew the better choice was made when he was put into the position.

It's not a whole lot of development unless you're going to attempt to re-make the entire system.

Personally, I would just revert back to unlimited gangs, 10 member limit and start working with dev's to implement some of the systems I have ideas for.

I'd be shocked if that wasn't your same move.


I'm definitely up to seeing some people who actually care about the server stepping onto the team. I knew the whole 'I hate this game, can't stand it' attitude was all an act, still a big softy at heart.

Actually my idea is rather unique with a lot of potential. I am still thinking it through. However, i would never implement something without a lot of feedback and opinions from the players. I would never do something for me, then only me would be raiding. The objective is to get as much people raiding as possible. That's the main objective.

I do hate this game. Exactly why i want to change it to give me a reason to like it again. I want to bring life back to gangs. I need a reason to like it again.
