Error message with an graal.net email account

First of all: Someone called MSM requested me to post this for him. He sent me the the information I noted in the text and I simply wrote this for him. Hopefully this is ok.

Well MSM told me, that he got an email on graal.net. Recently, he tried to log in there but on the top of the screen he got the error message "Account Suspended". He said that he did nothing wrong and hes waiting for some important things using that email.
What could he have done wrong or what could he do to get rid of that error?
