IP Bans response

I dislike PcID ban's sinple because theres a limited number of possible PcID's for graal.. =/ Not sure off the top of my head but at some point a collision in ID's will occur. IP's that are static are fine, but account bans are the best in my opinion.. =/

If I remember, graal used to use the "DigitalProductID" in determining the PcID.. Might also have used other factors tho.

Under the current system, I really haven't come across any pc id limitations. However, thats not to say I believe they are ideal by any means. While the system does have it flaws, its the system we have at the moment and any id or ip ban can be reviewed to see if its causing a problem within itself.
