Manager in need

I'm looking for someone who's willing to work with me. I'm not on a lot and my friend basically gave me Ownership of a server, so I don't want to put it to waste. If you happen to get the position i'll basically let you do as you wish, but I won't allow inactiveness and you MUST know how to dev/manager a server. I won't hire someone with a really bad ban history, but you can try.
