While this is very true it isn't the case with any of the current ETs.

When players are huddled in corners we spawn bots in corners. Bots are only stationary when players aren't moving. And I can think of a few one could use strategy while playing this event.

I don't think its accurate to say that "Zone's event systems" are based on luck since this one event has an element of luck to it.
It is fair to say however, "Bot Events are awarding people partially based on luck."

We don't play Bot Survival that often. And Bot Survival isn't going to be an Event for any of the Permanent Halloween Event Weapons.
Perhaps I can alter "Last Man Standing" Event though.
Currently the event works as so...
Players are gathered in a large box using G18 only.
Bots are spawned all around players, players fight the bots to stay alive.
Last player alive wins.
I could alter it so that while being the last player alive does have its advantages, we could determine the winner as the person who kills the most bots. That would motivate the players to stay in the battle and not avoid the bots.
