I don't really want to see the PWA controlling a playerworld.

I'd rather see them looking over the playerworlds, and besides that, not interfering except where needed.

andy would make an awesome manager. not sure if he'd want it though. andy is the best choice out of anyone.

Really sad to see you guys go.
Both you and EC were really helpful and one of the very few friends I had on Era on my road to become the $4mil millionaire I was famous for... You guys did an awesome job and i'd like to thank you once again Frankie, for saving mine and Rob's butt all the time when we got robbed (pun intended).

Well, I can't really say much.
Frankie and Icarus have their pros, as well as cons.
But we're going to have a new Era, whether or not it's better or not,
I don't know. We as Erians can only hope that everything will be fixed.
Era isn't abused by Globals. Globals want to help stop the complaints.

It is a shame there was such a break down of communication among the globals. Bell was saying one thing and Houdiniman was saying another, or at least that is what it sounds like.

The PWA as a global staff team should have presented a unified front, and at the front of that should have been TSA who was recently appointed as PWA. He should have dealt with this, talk about his moment to shine.

Houdiniman gave some warning to the staff, or at least he said he did, that there was a need for new content. Houdini then handled the situation poorly and allowed the situation to escalate to the point that the server staff quit. He didn't resolve the issue, he just mad it into a whole new monster.

Houdini should not have been involved on a such a small scale thing on the server. If anything TSA who is the previous manager and is a PWA should have resolved these problems.

The staff should have worked on content and done things as to satisfy the PWA's demands. For that they are at fault unless they did create new content.

If Houdini got in over his head, TSA should have had power to stand up to him and tell him to back off and should have then managed the situation. I can't stress how important it was for TSA to be involved, both as a staff member/previous manager, and as a PWA as well.

Both staff teams are at fault and they should both have handled the situation and should have diffused the situation rather than allow it to escalate to the point it did.

It's extremely difficult to have been "At the front" of this thing when the arguments and the kind leading up to today's events were well underway while I was sleeping. By the time I had got on RC this morning, the argument had reached a point where it didn't matter WHAT I said, they were all hell bent on yelling at each other and acting like children. Excuse my not being American and hanging out during American times and all that, but I really wasn't to know this was about to happen, nor did I know HoudiniMan was going to get on and put them on probation because Frankie was being rude/arrogant/whatever he was doing to get under HM's nose.

HoudiniMan is running the server for our benefit. There's no reason why he shouldn't.

But yeah, overall... drama is drama and everythings happened, arguing it won't get anywhere unless someone can persude houdiniman to give the mangement to Icarus again which I highly doubt.

Pooper- TSA wasn't PWA when the issue started, he only got it half way through it.
