Rebirth will also have RPG leveling, quests, spars, and will be the major type of PKing on the over world. We will also most likely have RPG events later on in the development of Rebirth. There will be no classes, stat system, or level cap. This will allow players to create their own unique character and not be put under restrictions as to what weapons, spells, or armor they can use. Players will be able to level by killing baddies or PKing other players. There will be a steep experience curve as a player levels, and each level earned will increase the damage done by their weapons; however, leveling will be limited to its overall effect on the player, as we want to encourage a server in which any player can log on and enjoy himself without hardcore grinding. HP and defense will not be affected by level. Armor is obtainable in complete sets and will give a slight boost to player defense. Players will also be able to use spells, with certain restrictions on what they may or may not use as weapons. Baddies will drop items and “Baddy Weapons” which logically fit in to who they are rather than just magically summoning gold upon their eminent death.

Level grinding isn't even planned, hell there's actually a plan to make sure that DOESN'T happen.
