kia345 should've been hired though. the position should've been given to someone who didn't have news experience in the past, so that they'd have a chance at doing the news.

not to be a jerk cough cough but i'd assume stefan was looking to fill a position with someone who know what they were doing, not just to provide the opportunity to anyone who wanted in

it sounds like this position is getting global RC for the admins(judging from stefan saying that the people they hire will NOT be getting RC and he threw in a "however").
is that really necessary?

the majority of them didn't have news experience, though. is he going to take the one with news experience over all of the others without experience? that's completely unfair. jerk cough cough
