Any game that can't budge over 500 players is nothing more than a flash arcade game. This is hardly even considered an MMO. What kind of game charges money for in-game trading cards and development tools even when their population is smaller than a college lecture room. Call me what you want but no matter what you try to say to defend your precious Graal, it's always going to be a screw up in my eyes.
That's great because I honestly don't care what you think of this game LOL.

From what I've spectated over the years...

No, globals are not this simple minded. Players will cry and complain (honestly most are idiots and globals are well aware of this) but globals won't outright take direct action. They will sit back and watch, seeing if the manager is actually doing something wrong or if the problem stems from elsewhere.

Era's biggest issue with staff is that the playerbase is inexperienced. These people mostly play Era and don't really hop around to other servers. From what I've seen most of them have little to no staff experience and finding a quality developer from the pool of gangstas and thugs is a real feat.

The PWA may never be there when you want them to be, but they're far from stupid.

I disagree. Acting passively could be passed off as good intentions, but it's just laziness. Should players have a reason to complain? Not really no. "BUT THIS IS GRAAL!" I hear you cry, but that's no excuse at all; I don't play other games and feel the need to spam their support center with complaints. This is an issue that actually does needs addressing by the PWA. Sitting back and watching managers -apparently- dig themselves into holes is not helping anyone, but neither is smothering them.

I disagree with this too. Era players' server visiting habits are not really linked to staff experience at all. I played Classic BY ITSELF for years, does that mean I have no real chance of developing something of quality? I've been on Era quite a few times, and not everyone is a "pool of gangsters" and your "finding a quality developer" statement isn't native to Era and you are well aware of that.

Players are quick to point fingers without knowing the problem beforehand, and Graal has more problems than most games I play/have played. I was never pretending that there wasn't a problem, however for PWA to act based soley on player criticism rather than firsthand experience (can be done through observation) is just silly to me.

If you ever spent a significant time on Era you would understand what I mean. I wouldn't be surprised if you were to compare the ratio of potential developers on Era to UN, Zodiac, and other classic playerworlds only to find Era's most lacking.

Have you seen some of the people who are 18+ on Era?

Thats right, although there are parents that investigate/read rules and such about the games their sons play.
