The server would be a dark city. Literally, pitch black. You would not be able to see any tiles (well...maybe just a little..) but you would have a flashlight that would reveal them,
Good luck getting people to play it. I know I wont.
I got frustrated enough playing that Delteria event w/ the flash lights.
It's a good idea, but not for the entire server to revolve around.
