Viper, etc. will do a lot to make that change if it's made so that trials can get a bunch more free play time by doing so.

Im not a computer expert. Now, if you asked someone from a company such as AW, they could easily find a way to prevent this.

I highly doubt it. Highly. They would have to store an unalterable, unremovable piece of data on your computer. Just where, exactly, would they be able to store such a thing?

Or perhaps a better computer id system. Use mobo serial, harddrive serial, bios checksum: anything but use a massive combination so it's alot harder to screw with it. To help prevent reverse engineering, RC shouldn't show the exact pcid the client uses.

I'm supposed to just not tell you why you're wrong because you're not an "expert"?

As Zim said, how many people could actually find a way past that?
The answer? Not many...

I think you are over-rating the average Graalian's intellect.

Also, im not wrong. I cant be wrong if all I did was suggest an idea. Alot of people would not be able to find a way past that. Also computer experts, who know alot more about computers than me or yourself, could prevent you from "getting around" the 30 day trial system.

There are already programs that let you change your computer ID by pressing a button.
