Severe lag (origiannly named "z.z")

I have 1 Gig of RAM, some crappy vid card, and nothing special as cpu speed. But I just (accidentally) posted a new thread about how I'm getting the same lag. It was fine the first 2 days of v5 but here I am and nothing is fixing it.
