Listen, I'll have to go back and remake it on testbed when I have time in 2-3 weeks.
I've been busy trying to do all that I can for Shaded Legends so Cujo can semi finish the rest. Gold is almost gone, but I could still use testbed for the gani. I will make a gani tutorial as well via text for people too. Because I honestly, finally remembered, I used that one image. Separated it into three parts.

I'll give you an example of two ladder ganis I've created.
It uses the sprites image, but I have sprites for:
Left hand
Left arm
Left foot
Right hand
Right foot
Right arm
Upper body
Bottom left side of body.
Bottom right side of body.

Problem is, it can be slower this way, and required something such as photoshop to find out all the, X and Y, and W and Y points.

Idling the body sways in the wind every few seconds, not that many people will be idling on the ladder for a great deal of time. Walking up and down is 'slightly' different with the hands. Ladder script made by ZeroG.

Don't worry, I have not forgotten about you. (You probably just need the image uploaded to see it though.
Which can be done by going to the gani and opening it as a textfile to see which image it uses.)

If you still can't get it to work, just give me a week or two, Shaded Legends while I have gold is top priority, than my portfolio so that my may go back to UMBC next semester. Or just for a job.

The gif that I created was my first attempt that worked horrible... I think it may have been Thor that told me to use a gani, or I did it my self, I'm not sure. Basically the gifs are consistent throughout the server and work when they want to... So the door started half closed or opened or something. Same reason I HAD to go gifs for my waterfalls... Ganis aren't continuous all throughout the server... So gifs and ganis have their pros and cons.

You'll want to use it as a Gani for the door though. Basically I had it so if they were in an X or Y box the door would stay open..

ZeroG wanted me to show the rest of his ladder. :o
I'll have to add in the death gani eventually.

This garbage is explaining how one could do it themselves faster,
or might have to wait a little bit of time before I get to it.

Since I don't know if he has the time to wait, I decided to post that garbage.
Understand?

However, I wanted to make sure if I would actually have to.

You need:
Gani - dkslidingdoor.gani
Gani - dkslidingdoor2.gani
IMG - dkslidingdoor2.png

In case he doesn't show up, I'll leave a PM.

The images you posted with have nothing to free tiles as the title would lead me to believe.

Free images != Free tiles

Skyzer, this is what they call a "tileset".
You might not be familiar with it because it is type1.

I did however believe it was free images, which is why I posted a huge amount of images, ganis, examples, and the tileset. (please don't show MSM the pills bottles)

As said before, those little tiles can create a lot.

Once again a few examples.
Essentially I tried to make a small amount of tiles that were repeatable to do many things. Some of the tiles could be used as bricks or sidewalks.. As long as there is one blocking tile in the way if it is used as a wall. I had them for large tiles, but they could be used in many other ways.

It is all modern, and I'm afraid cannot be used on Shaded Legends.
Once again, the Insane Asylum project is slightly dead to me. I won't be fixing up anything...

(Why must one submit into free tiles to get under free images?)

A compilation of tiles I've created and a lot from this thread. Some stuff don't work but still - I had fun experimenting with it.

Those cliff corners, are they use in layers? And are those custom tiles for the sides of the cliffing?

They don't have to be used in layers and they are custom for the sides and top. The cliffing in Wan's screenshots can be done with the tiles he provided and without the use of layers. :]

Free tileset used as a old tileset for the server leafae im not using these tiles anymore so I'll donate it. Anyone and any server is allowed to use these tiles and if anyone modifies these tiles and claim as own then thats not right follow the COPY LEFT rule and we'll all be cool

I request that you remove the parts I let you use, I gave you permission to use them, I didn't however give you permission to redistribute as though it's you're own work. Fair enough, no?

Cheers.

That's correct Crono; them tiles are actually used on the right side of the tileset located within the Volcanic area.

It looks like those use a non-default grass background in them tho. I think with layers you can use transparency right? So making it transparent would be more usefull?

Oh yes, with gonstruct it's easy to implement them so you can use them on multiple surfaces (providing you add the transparency yourself).

I regret not using the program for the overworld I'm currently developing as I believe gonstruct will completely change how we develop levels providing there are developers out there willing to master it (I got introduced to it by Ziro and had additional support from Dusty). It's a shame I haven't got the time to make an overworld with the program, although; I did try and convert the current world I have to it but it did seem like such a ball ache with the layers and the material I have already I didn't want to re-tile it.

Good luck with whatever you're doing

I probably would have wrote a program in c# to open the graal levels and replace them for me if I already had a overworld I needed to add tilelayers to. I used to use the Graal Editor and then open them in notepad and insert the layers manually untill I was shown Gonstruct a LONG time ago. It really is nice. I was just curious. I love the cliffing style tho.
