Zodiac - Spawn Killing

Just figured I'd ask here instead of the official Zodiac forums. What is Graal's official stance on spawn killing a player over and over. Does it constitute as harassment if it's done over and over, until the point where it's no longer amusing for the party receiving it. I understand it's a grey area. I would just like to know where it stands in the official Graal server rules. As this wasn't allowed on Unholy Nation/N-Pulse or anything of the such, spawn killing a player as soon as they walk outside was uncalled for and not tolerated. It took the enjoyment out of the game for many. So like I said, just wondering what the stance is on consistent spawn killing. If it's a thing, then I'd like to report a player for it. Thanks.
