Storage vanish bug

About 4-5 days ago i was in my Storage and i withdrew a Cane of Isis and as soon as i took it out and tried to equip it, it WAS GONE...

I don't know how this happened, maybe staff updated the server at the same time? no idea but i would like a refund, check my Logs in-game dating around October 24-26th and you should see it there.
