Can anyone in this forum escalate my issue for a quicker resolution?
I am getting the "IP not in list of IP ranges" error when attempting to log in to my server (Dev Angel). I've sent a support ticket and the status was moved to "Resolved" and I was told to try again. It didn't work.
I've responded to the ticket and even included my IP to help out. Still no resolution...
I normally wouldn't be this impatient, but I've been trying to get access to the server(s) I purchased for a little over a month now (spanning over numerous support tickets and even a paypal case).
