New NPCServer and GServer

On Friday we have restarted all servers (except Kingdoms) to fix a few problems and also new stuff:

Big updates:
- Fixed a problem with reconnections
- New RemoteControl command /optionshelp which shows the available server options and a small description

Smaller improvements:
- Fixes crashing problems when recreating objects with the same name
- Optimized the garbage collector and deletion of objects a little bit
- The function obj.savejsontostring(0 or 1) now correctly handles arrays where a member had a sub variable
- Changing an account with over-length flags now tries to preserve the flag even if you modify the value with an external RemoteControl, previously it was cutting it to 223 characters
- Better manages the case when we change the location of the serverlister / database
