As far as pming staff why isn't it allowed for staff already..?

That's like saying If I played on WoW and I sent in a report and I was trying to talk to the GM and suddenly I'm getting interrupted by

<Spam Blocker>Sorry, But trials can only send a whisper to staff every 60 seconds!

as I'm trying to talk to the guy!

Now players sure it's alright but i think 30 seconds would be more fair and staff to player talk have the restriction lifted entirely.
