Tailor system on Mac

I am not sure if it has been addressed on the forums, but it seems there is a problem on Mac clients where some bodies, shields, heads, and swords(especially personalized files) do not appear:

-Personalized items seem to appear as constantly-changing images(ie a personalized shield may appear as the head image of someone else in the level).

-Based on my observation, it seems non-personalized(public) bodies with custom palettes aren't visible on the Mac clients either. It could be something else, but from what I am seeing the only public bodies that are visible have the basic-colour palette.

-All other public files(heads, swords, shields) work, from what I have experienced.

Again, I do not know if it has been mentioned here, and if it has, I'd like to see how the progress is coming along as far as fixing it.
