I decided today that I wanted to help my friend out on his server, so I bought a month of gold using the cell phone method, since I only wanted a month.

Everything worked well, and I currently have the gold subscription. At the login screen, it says "next billing in 30 days" at the top. Does that mean that it will deduct from my gelats (which I only have a few left) or will it charge my phone again? I don't want a recurring charge, only wanted one month for now.
