Rubik's Cube- 4x4

So I was bored the day before school and I hadn't made any graphics for a long time and I haven't tried anything isometric for a long time either. I tried a new style of shading and I am not sure it worked out but I would like some opinions anyway.

Please do not be like "Eww it sucks". If you are going to post give some critique as well, you can say it sucks as much as you want and I won't care unless you tell me how to fix it.

The shading was something I read about on an isometric website and it was kind of different but I am not sure if it worked. I wasn't sure how to shade an entire cube with individual segments in it so if you know how to do that please post it.
