zodiac bug

i'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else but this morning when i loged into zodiac i was killing vampires on my second char for a while then went to osl and switched to my first char and when i did my skills stopped working all my stuff was missing but when i press W is says i have all my armor on but it's not in my inv and when i take damage my hp doesn't go down

anyone know how to fix this? and possibly get my stuff back?
