Questions about the wiki

Not sure if this is the correct forum, move if needed.

1. Do you need to have a certain subscription to login to the wiki? My one account with just a classic subscription can't login but my other with gold can.

2. Do you need special access to edit the news page? I'd like to put Era updates on there when I can, but I don't see the [edit] anywhere. I realize this is probably to prevent people from editing the wiki with nonsense, but I'd still like to know.
