Zone Line art Guide

Well some people are starting to freak out about a simple bit of line art so I made this tutiorial. The first thing you need to understand is line art is simple you just need to get a hang of it. Line art on zone is not much differsnt then other servers but I will guide you throught his simple process here. below is a set of examples to look upon

STEP 1
First you need to decide what type of weapon you are intending to make (pistol, rifle, heavym, etc...) next make a frame to base your weapon off of seen in sketch #1. Bassicly small for pistols, larger for rifles, and well, differently styled for heavy (you'll have to experiment yourself to get this one right.) I chose the pistol.

Step 2
Now its time to decide the basic size of the gun and its general body size. Basic here no real work.(seen in sketch #2)

Step 3
Now, its time for the extra additions which will make your stuff look better. bassicly add aditions to your gun so it's not just a square (seen in sketch #3)

Step 4
Now what I did here is decide what I wnted my gun to look like and edited the actual body of the gun to not make it plain. In this example I wanted a shelled looking type gun. (seen in sketch #4)

Step 5
The final step before shading, bassicly add anything that might make the weapon look better. For this I added a little bar at the bottom and changed small things. (seen in sketch #5)

Remember this is just a method among many. Just keep on trying this and changing things up untill you get it the way you want it. Hope this helps.
