Error Message (MSVCR80.dll)

okay i try to Install Graal, it will download but on both of my computers I get the same message

Executable 'C:]Doc and Sett\Gateway User\Desktop\Graal4Setup.exe' had the following unrecoverable error: Library C

PROGRA~1\WINDOW~4\MpShHook.dll is linked to missing function MSVCR80.dll:_except_handler4_common

any help?
