From what I've spectated over the years...

No, globals are not this simple minded. Players will cry and complain (honestly most are idiots and globals are well aware of this) but globals won't outright take direct action. They will sit back and watch, seeing if the manager is actually doing something wrong or if the problem stems from elsewhere.

Era's biggest issue with staff is that the playerbase is inexperienced. These people mostly play Era and don't really hop around to other servers. From what I've seen most of them have little to no staff experience and finding a quality developer from the pool of gangstas and thugs is a real feat.

The PWA may never be there when you want them to be, but they're far from stupid.
