Gif problem... wont convert to MNG

Hey Im having problems with my Gif. Gif2Mng wont convert it for some reason- it says corrupted. I even had my friend try to convert it but no luck.
Any chance someone can help me here? I know its not that good but it was a pain to animate so Im happy.
