I disagree here. FAQ + GP merged into PR is the only thing that makes sense. If an entire staff team devoted to answering questions about the server is necessary, design flaws in its accessibility are exposed. A server should have a good starter/tutorial that explains the basics and leads them in the right directions. It should clearly answer all of the important, frequently asked questions. The question database on Era is nice, but could be improved. If someone is brand new (maybe it already does this, I'm not sure), it should pop-up the second they login. A basic tutorial level would still be better, in my opinion. It's a much more tactile way to learn things, and setting them up with a free handgun/knife and a bit of ammo right at the start would be great.
Graal in general should have a starter tutorial level explaining changing looks, sending messages, etc. Each person who is completely brand new (by computer ID so people with multiple accounts don't have to suffer) should be forced to complete the level before getting access to the playerworlds.
RECAP: FAQs are not worthwhile. They're answering questions that should be answered through good server design. Those questions that slip through the cracks(which shouldn't be many) can be handled by Player Relations. Believe me, they've got the time. If they tell you otherwise, they're lying.
