attr[#].setparams(x,y,z)

Sends params for the attribute in the same manner as:
player.attr[1] = "mygani.gani,test," @ foo;
Which the equivalent would be:
player.attr[1].setparams("test",foo);
Either that or:
setattrparams(obj.attrval,x,y,z);
And also forces the attribute to update. Mainly because I've had a lot of bad experiences with attr's and getting them to properly update, especially with parameters... to the point that parameters didn't make the attr update at all, making the usage of the parameters pretty useless. Either that, for fix attr's to update on parameter changes.

It's so much easier to send parameters with an attr when you're sending lots of values than to use another attr and parse it and such, but at the moment they seem unreliable for one reason or the other. Either they're not updating, or other players are not getting the same data you are sending, and thus not seeing the same thing.

The simpliest way to force an update is to unset the attr[] before setting the new value.
