How about some blood red and black, that always looks good.
Those vent like things on the side of the weapon shouldn't be coloured; it looks awkward; also the up and down views look too small to be from that weapon.
Another thing I might recommend is darkening the coloured places instead of making them lighter and shrink the size of the area with the top colours.

canyou use a few colors other than gray on it? parts of it are almost too dark too

Oki doki, added the little patchs that make it look all, plasmerish and stuff, not sure if there better with them but yea, also touched up shading but its never good enough for you people, is it? :P

I like that. It looks very nice! I vote for that one! it looks like some of sayains more metallicy ones the good ones though >:]

edit heres a link to good color palletes. Its a wierd website but the palletes are good.

can you make it clear its all bluryish. and whats the stripy checkerboard stuff thats on the end?
