They shouldn't be able to just buy a better gang, that goes right past the whole point of gangs, skill, or leadership.
What are you talking about? Buying attachments and perks in gangs is exactly what it needs, at the moment they are pointless on Era. There is hardly any leadership in any of them. And skill is just a funny joke.
